Thoughts

"Thoughts come and go but they are not you. You are the one who is experiencing them. So what you are trying to do, is first to create a certain sense of distance from thinking. Thinking is like an obsession – it has superimposed itself on you. Firstly, you create a certain distance and next, through this distance you can have an angle to actually perceive who you are."
